Very happy!

Okay, even though I had my little emotional sidetrack, I am down five of the six pounds I gained after my two days of liquids post-fill. I did a good workout yesterday and plan on going down after this post to do another one.

Though I still feel like I'm eating too much to be a bandster (though still NOWHERE near what I used to eat), I do find now that certain foods give me a bit of discomfort: reheated pork or salmon, and recently, soy beans. I'm guessing the latter is due to the skins.

All in all, I'm very happy with the turnaround. Gaining six pounds from my lowest (even though it WAS due to two days on liquids) was a bit depressing. I'm back on the horse! :)
