Up, down, up, down, up, down

This is getting so old. Was down five of the six I had gained and am back up -- again -- another three. FRIG!!

This has not been a very good fill for me so far -- though I don't blame the fill, I blame me. I must be doing something wrong.

    Just found your blog from SKINNY IN TEXAS. I'm so glad I found it...I really do need to be more connected to other banders to help me in my journey (banded August 2007). You are doing great and reminding me of the basic things I need to keep in focus. It's a long journey...we can't do it alone! Thank God for blogs!

  2. I know what you are going through. You go up and then back down and then back up again. I have stayed within the same 5 lbs now since December. I know why I have done that though, I have had NO exercise at all. I just started back this last weekend and even though my body was completely rejecting it, I do feel better!

    Maybe just kick up the internal engine abit with some exercise and that will help!

  3. Welcome, Judi! I hope my trials and tribulations (and progresses) help. :)

    Ronda: I do exercise (began back in early Januaray), usually 3-4 times a week, at least an hour each time. I don't know completely what's going on, but I realized today I am due for my fourth fill in two days.

    If this continues after the fill, I will start logging what I eat and drink and see if I notice a pattern.
