Workout tally for the week

Finally was able to begin a workout regimen this week after being sick since before Christmas. I figured it would behoove me to keep track of it somehow, so here is week 1 (Sunday through Saturday):

Sunday: 40 minutes
Wednesday: 40 minutes
Thursday: 40 minutes
Saturday: 60 minutes

Total: 3 hours

  2. Well, I finally lost those three pounds I somehow got AFTER Christmas when I was eating out nearly every day for 10 days (though I did have salads, :( so I'm bummed and confused as to how I gained), AND I lost two more!!! WOOT!!
