I need a fill...

Ugh, after that emergency unfill, I've been able to eat burgers (bun and all) and all manner of things I shouldn't be able to.  Being self-pay, I HATE having to go back and forth on this.  However, I am also gaining a few pounds and feeling pretty upset and stressed about it.  I need to figure out when's the best time to do this and get back on the pony.

    But don't be stressed Beth - at the end of the day, all it means is a few more weeks of journey. That trek of yours will really have helped - but if you were gaining you probably won't have weighed yourself, and you don't know (?).


  2. Eh, I know. I was 224 within days before the backpacking trip, and afterward I was (somehow) 225.5 -- though that probably came from the salt. We had some jerkey and bacon (as well as dried fruits and nuts), and I don't do well with salt.

    So all in all, I'm up 10 pounds from my low. :(
